THE NEXT DEVELOPMENT STEP: MILLING / TURNING TECHNOLOGY.

Turning technology has been integrated by GROB into the existing standalone machine centers as a continuance development of the milling technology.

The milling turning capability is achieved by a rotary table than can rotate, therefore, complete machining by milling and turning in one clamping is possible.

This means less time required and higher accuracy due to the commission of set up times.

Investment costs and space requirements in the production area can be reduce due to the combination of the two technologies.

The unit costs are therefore, also reduced.
